The simple version
Email gets overwhelming when everything looks equally important. You do not need to read every message. You need a simple way to spot what matters and save what you may need later.
Try this
- Scan for names, subject lines, and anything time sensitive
- Open only the emails that actually matter
- Move anything you may need later into a folder called Important
If this feels confusing, that’s normal.
You’re learning something new.
Checking email once or twice a day is enough for most people.
