The simple version
Upload just means choosing a file from your device and sending it to a website. It sounds simple, but the screen that opens can feel confusing if no one has shown you what to expect.
Try this
- Click Upload or Choose file
- Find the file in Downloads, Documents, or Photos
- Select it, then click Open or Choose
If this feels confusing, that’s normal.
